TEACHER AGREEMENT — LEVELUP FOCUS
Expectations for teachers using LevelUp with students.
These are starter templates for clarity. They are not legal advice and can be updated anytime.
Teachers are trusted partners in making LevelUp effective in classrooms. By requesting teacher access, you agree to the following:
Appropriate Use
You will use LevelUp only for:
- Classroom engagement
- Effort tracking
- Supporting students’ study habits
You will not use LevelUp to:
- Spy on students
- Track non-academic behavior
- Access private student data (GPA, grades, passwords)
Data Access
Teachers may only view:
- Focus minutes
- XP
- Streaks
- Student study goals
- Class participation
Teachers cannot view:
- Private GPA data
- Passwords
- Browser/device data
Student Safety
You agree to respect:
- Student privacy
- FERPA principles
- Your school’s digital safety expectations
Academic Integrity
By using LevelUp in your classroom, you acknowledge that:
- LevelUp’s AI tools do not generate answers to graded work
- LevelUp includes filters to prevent cheating
- Students are encouraged to use AI for:
- Planning
- Organization
- Study strategies
- Breaking tasks down
If a student attempts to use the AI to cheat, LevelUp automatically blocks or redirects the request.
Teachers may report misuse using the feedback form.
