Overview

LevelUp is a web app that turns studying into a game. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.

Who can use LevelUp

You must follow your school’s rules and local laws. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian or school must permit your use where required. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your account

Keep your login information secure. Do not impersonate others or share accounts. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten anyone
• Post hateful, violent, or explicit content
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or artificially inflate XP or streaks
• Damage, hack, or interfere with LevelUp systems
• Spam users, chats, leaderboards, or reports

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Educational content & coaching

LevelUp helps you track habits and study, but:

• We cannot guarantee grades, admissions outcomes, or academic results.
• You are responsible for meeting deadlines and completing your work.

Payments & subscriptions

Some features require payment (LevelUp Pro). Prices are shown in-app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Our branding, UI, graphics, and code belong to LevelUp. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the service. You own the content you add, but grant us permission to process it so the app works.

Third-party services

We rely on tools like Stripe (payments) and Google (sign-in). Their policies apply separately.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if rules are violated. You may stop using LevelUp anytime and request account deletion.

Disclaimer

LevelUp is provided “as is” without guarantees. We are not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or academic outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months (if any). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
