1. What LevelUp does for students

A game layer on top of real studying.

LevelUp turns studying into a game using XP, streaks, focus sessions, and GPA tools. The goal is simple: help students stay consistent, see their effort, and feel proud of the work they're putting in.

  • Guided focus sessions with XP and streaks
  • Study tools and AI coaching to break down assignments
  • GPA hub and progress visuals for college prep
  • Squads, challenges, and worlds that keep motivation high

2. What LevelUp offers teachers & counselors

A lightweight layer on top of existing tools.

For educators, LevelUp can act as a lightweight layer on top of existing tools โ€” not a replacement for your SIS or LMS.

  • Classrooms & rosters connected to student focus and XP
  • Assignments and question bundles that tie into game-style rewards
  • At-a-glance views of effort: focus minutes, streaks, and completion trends
  • Proof-of-grind style views that support 504/IEP conversations, counseling, and parent meetings

3. Data & safety in school environments

Student-first privacy and school-safe defaults.

LevelUp was built with student privacy in mind. We focus on minimal data, clear purpose, and school-safe community guidelines.

  • No selling of student data
  • Encryption in transit and modern hosting practices
  • Controls for classroom-friendly chat and safer language filtering
  • Optional use โ€” students and teachers can opt in as a pilot, with data deletion available

4. Pilot programs & next steps

Start small, learn quickly, and scale if it helps.

If you are a teacher, counselor, or school leader, LevelUp can start as a small, low-friction pilot โ€” one class, one grade level, or a targeted group of students.

  • 4โ€“8 week pilot with a small group of students
  • Focus on engagement, missed work reduction, and visible effort
  • Simple onboarding: students sign in and join your class code
  • Lightweight check-ins to review what's working

If you're interested in trying LevelUp with your class or campus, reach out and we'll work with you to design something simple that fits your context.
